Disney Visa Premier - Check Your Points

Heads up. Received my 1st statement after upgrading to the Premier account. The new 2% structure was in place, but the additional 3% (part of the 5% bonus) will post on the next statement. However, there was some sort of "glitch" on this statement - I was only receiving partial points for the statement. Statement was $3K in purchases, with 15 Disney Points; even at just the traditional 1% there is a shortfall. I called customer service to make the adjustment - should post in 10 days.

I just double checked my balance and it was correct and my 3% bonus was on this statement. Maybe because of your heads up they fixed whatever the problem was.

I too had the same issues. It two statements before it was corrected, and even at that I am not entirely sure it was done correctly. It makes for a lot of work for the customer to monitor it. Having 2nd thought whether the upgrade was worth it.

On my first statement the regular purchases were right and the bonus points were short. The second statement had extra points to make the overall for the two periods right, almost. I think I was shorted $.21 but that wasnt worth the phone call to me
