Disney Visa Photo at Epcot?

A few years ago there was a character meet and greet that included a photo for Disney visa holders. Is this still going on? Is there still a photo that is included? Appreciate if someone could tell me how this works thank you

As far as I know, it’s still there. I cant remember where we found it the last couple of times. It was ok, we sat Pluto and Minnie I believe. We won’t be doing it again this trip because the line was long and we will be seeing Minnie (who my girls were most interested in seeing) mutiple other times so the wait isn’t worth it for us.

If you walk up to the Imagination pavilion as though you were going to the movie(s) showing there - it is to the left of there. The two times I went in this location, there was no line at all.

It's right outside of the Imagination Pavilion. Back in November, it was Mickey and Goofy and there was ZERO line. We walked right in. We had a totally different experience from what it sounds like BrookieM had. It's so much better than the regular meet and greets because it's just you(your party), Mickey and Goofy(I guess the characters can change)and a photopass photographer in a decent sized room for a few minutes. Mickey and Goofy took turns dancing with my DW and DD7 and there were hugs and high fives to be had. I had a Donald shirt on so Goofy "wasn't real happy" that I didn't have a Goofy shirt on. It was so much fun that I tell people they should get the card just for that and then if they don't want to use it, just cancel it afterwards.

The one in HS is really good too if you're a Star Wars fan. It's the same deal, small room with just your party, a photopass photographer and Kylo Ren. My DD7 and friends' DD7 were quite scared because he sounds just like he does in the movie and they were a little freaked out. Afterwards, they wanted to go back in.

Does anyone know if there is any way to find out who the Epcot characters are before it starts? The kids want to meet Minnie and Pluto because they are not at Tusker House. If it's going to be Minnie and Pluto we'll wait around in FW for it. If not then we'd rather meet Pluto in WS at 11:30 and catch Minnie elsewhere so we can eat lunch in WS without having to backtrack.

This is probably a silly question, but I am a little clueless with digital photography—does the free download mean that they Email you the photo so you can upload it to your computer and print or save it?

I find the interaction to be very good the character tend to spend more time with you then with the other ones. I would walk by and if the line is not long then I would do it

The problem is that we don't really want to still be in FW when it opens at 1:00 if it's not the characters the kids want to see. Pluto starts meeting at 11:30 so we'll do that instead since the Visa meet isn't a sure thing. But thank you for the suggestion.

I miss when the used to do physical pic, but still nice.. last few yr's in Nov when we've gone it's been Minnis and Pluto. We've never gotten Micky or Goofy (is that who it sometimes is?)

Nope, not unless you ask someone who has just come out. Not only do they alternate they change it up as the day goes by.

We were there in October and it was Mickey and Goofy when we got out picture. As everyone else has said, zero line we were the only ones there for this top tier meet and greet. We ran out to find others we were with to bring them in straight away. The 5 or 10 minutes we took to go back they had changed it out to Minnie and Pluto. We were back again this past Saturday and it was Minnie and Daisy. Never met Daisy before so that was neat.

So yeah, it's always different and it's luck of the draw who you'll find. They don't tell you at the door either, it a surprise every time you go in and go around the corner.

Now that I know the other are there at Nov, maybe we'll get lucky this year and get Mickey/Goofy. Although Minnie is a favorite I didn't know the did it a DHS too, but it sounds like it's Star Wars so wouldn't be for us. (my DD is NOT a Star Wars fan LOL) I'm really not either but I like the original "trilogy", but she won't even give them a try!
