The offers on mine are only for packages, no room only.

I think you have to call. From looking at mousesavers.com, I think it would apply to any resort.

Our present offer from Visa is 3-night or more moderate with UPH $119 per adult with a $50 WDW certificate booked by 9/7. This offer is good 8/24 to 10/1. You also get 0% APR for 6 months.

I went on the bankone website and it is for moderates only. I wonder if I called and asked about deluxe if I would have any luck? probably not.
They started with an offer for values only, now moderates, so maybe deluxe is next.

The FL offer said value, but was good for other catagories. Mods were $79 a night plus tax through Oct. 1. I think Floridians had room only codes. Couple weeks later the rate was open to FL without Visa.
