Disney Visa meet and greets for non-Americans

I'm taking my boys down on our first trip to Hollywood studios, and my son doesn't stop talking about meeting Kylo Ren. I am wondering, has anyone found a way for anyone who doesn't live in the US to get into one of the Disney Visa meet and greets?

I'd get the Visa if I could, but I don't qualify since I am not a US Citizen (I'm Canadian).

Just curious if anyone has found a way, or if you've spoken to a cast member at WDW about this topic. Thanks!

You don't need to do the Disney Visa M&G. Kylo Ren is there for everyone to meet via a regular line just like Chewbacca.

They have a separate line I think and get a free picture download. We just came back and the wait for the non Visa Kylo Ren was 5 minutes. I have the Visa and just got into the regular line.

The Visa meet is completely separate from the regular Kylo meet. I've only done the Visa but I think the backdrop/set is the same for both.

@yulilin3 has done both and can confirm.
