Disney Visa how long?

Applied for the Disney Visa about 2 or 3 weeks ago online and have heard nothing. How long did it take anyone else?

I requested mine online right when it was first offered. Heard nothing. Called 800 number and they had no record. I ended up just calling in to get it and it came within 2 weeks. Not having much luck ordering anything from Disney online...

Agreed... one percent isn't so hot. However, they say that there will be promotions whereby you can earn 2 or 3 times that amount. Hopefully the promotions will be decent. Also, it may be worth having the card for the other special promotions that will be offered to card holders. (ie:hotel rates) Only time will tell!

I always use my Discover Card for cash back. If somebody doesn't accept that, I'll use my Disney Card. My other Mastercard offers no benefits so what the heck. I am also hoping for the special deals to materialize.

I haven't received any info yet either. I applied mid-March. As to the 1%....it is better than the 1% of sky miles I am currently receiving from United that I may never get to use if the re-organization doesn't work........

I applied for mine early this year. It came mid March. It took another 2 weeks fo DW card to come and I just got the collector pin (Member since Day-1) this week.

There are already offers on vacation packages, Disney merchandise, etc. Nothing related to 2% or 3% back, but offers only for DisneyVisa holders. I found the information by accessing my account online. I went to bankone. com, and on the left side there was a dropdown where I selected cardmember services. I had to setup a password and user id to access my account, but once I had access I could check not only my account balance, pay a bill, etc, but there also there were special offers listed. If you have a chance, check it out.
