I signed up for a Disney Premiere Visa a few months back with the $200 gift card incentive. I met the $500 spending requirement on November 15 (this is according to Chase customer service). This puts me at 9 weeks out at this point. The card is supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks and I've yet to receive it. My question is for those who have had a similar promotion, how long did it take to get the gift card? Was it an actual card or a paper certificate? Was the envelope marked in some way?

I received my dream dollars redemption card only a few days after I requested it. Makes me a bit concerned that I haven't seen the gift card yet especially since we are leaving in one week.

We signed up for the Visa card in October and within a few weeks of getting it we hit the $500 mark. We received the gift card fairly quickly I think it took maybe 2 or 3 weeks to get. It came in a regular size letter envelope. I can't remember if it had a return address or not but I don't think the envelope said disney or chase or anything. You could definetly tell/feel that a card was in there. Give chase a call and tell them you haven't received it yet I would think you should have gotten it by now. Good luck!

If I remember correctly, when I opened my account I got the promo dollars credited to my Disney Dollar balance, not as an actual gift card mailed to me. Of course your promotion may be completely different from mine but check your latest statement. You might just have 200 Disney Dollars available to transfer onto your rewards card.

Uggh!!! I just called Chase again and they said the card was sent on December 16. I have diligently checked my mail every day since I met the requirements of the promotion. The only possible explanation it was mishandled by USPS. With all the issues this past holiday with missing mail and packages I wouldn't be surprised if it were sitting somewhere in a USPS facility still or that the enveloped had been rifled through and the card stolen.

The supervisor at Chase said that there is no way I can get a card before I leave. They have to put in an inquiry with Disney to see what happened to the gift card that was sent. I guess the actual cards are sent by Disney. I told her that what really makes me angry is that the two people I spoke to before at Chase assured me that I would be receiving the card, that I needed to wait. Had they actually looked it up they would have realized there was a problem and it would have been likely that it could have been resolved before we left on our trip.

To Chase's credit, she said that she will see if there is any possible way that they can put $200 on my redemption card or if Disney will do something for me while I am there. She said I will probably not hear anything until I am in the midst of my trip. We shall see what happens. $200 will not make or break our trip, but it surely very disappointing!

I would like everyone to know about the positive experience that I've had with Chase regarding my missing promotional gift card. Even thought I was very frustrated when I called about my missing card the Senior Service Specialist I spoke to was excellent and beyond professional.

I'm happy to say that Chase has added $200 to my redemption card so I can use the promotional amount on my trip! Honestly, they really didn't have to. The fine print says they aren't responsible for lost or stolen cards. What they did was truly exemplary customer service.

I have had a slightly different experience.

Signed up in late November. Did the spending in one transaction very quickly.

Received a $200 gift card in late December.

The payment is due Jan 29, 2014 on the credit card. I am surprised to get the incentive before I had even received the bill statement.

The problem - I am almost certain I signed up for a 'statement credit' of $200, not a $200 Disney gift card.

I signed up online when I was busy booking Disney - the ad popped up on the page. Since I signed up online I can't go back and look.

Anyway, I'm not complaining - the gift card will work just fine!
