Disney Visa Discounts - HELP

I need some help with booking (well not booking now, but in the future). I have a Disney Visa card. My understanding is USUALLY if there are discounts offered, they are offered first to Disney Visa Card holders then a few days later they are offered to the general public.

My question is, in order to book first with the Disney Visa - do I just have to put the $200.00 down payment on the Visa? Or do they require you to pay off the whole trip with that Visa?
