Disney visa discount ??

Where does Disney Visa announce their discount promos? I've gone to their website but I have never seen anything. I don't get e-mails from them either.

We get info in the mail, 3 or 4 times a year. The last one we got had this web site on it www.DisneyRewards.com. They didn't have any special discounts listed when I looked, just the 0%/6months financing, and photo ops.
