Yes. They do not differentiate between friends and family as long as you have the card.

We had 10 and it was fine. I think as long as it's only one picture they don't really enforce it.

Yes, I think we had 9 people in our group on one of our trips, they didn't give us a problem getting in with one Disney Visa card!

The visa cardholder line at HS was twice as long as the regular line Friday FYI. Also has limited hours.
