We also are a "Day One" Disney Chase card holder. Most people have listed the key features already so I won't repeat. One that I have not seen listed is the periodic "bonus" offers.

They are currently running one of these offers for Jan 2011 - Mar 2011. It pays an extra 10% for purchases in one month over $3,000. Perfect timing for me. I used points to book a Med Cruise but spent $4,000 on airfare and extra nights pre-cruise. I will have 6 months interest free to pay for it.

I should have close to $1,000 in Rewards when going on the cruise. Nice for paying for excursions.

I have 2 DV cards and so does my DH. We only have one we use and pay it off every month. I intially got more than one to receive the additional initial reward points for our trips. At least once every three months we will make one purchase on another card to keep it "active". It helped this quarter with the 3x bonus as we only had to spend $300 on the one card compared to $3,000 on the one we use all the time.

The bad news is that only one offer can be used per household and my DS got a 3x offer too but he can't use it because we already did.
