Disney Visa Card

I am new to this site and I hve a Disney visa card. I know there are some perks to it but I am not really sure what all they are. I was wondering if ya'll could help me with that. Also do you have to cash in your disney $ for the perks?

The "perks" change from time to time. There are special hotel rates available at times. There is also a special meet and greet for disney card holders at Epcot. You can find this information at the Chase Disney site. The points are the reason we have a card. You can order a debt card (or pick one up at the parks) and have the points you have earned put on the card. You then use the card just like a debt card for food, lodging, tickets.

We have one ,paid it off,,can you explain where do we get or find out if we have points to use?Im lost on this one. Thanks for yuor help. We had about $3000 on it paid it off,,use it not so often. was wondering how this worked.

There is actually a Disney Rewards Visa and a Disney Rewards Debit card. You earn points as you buy things with the cards. When you earn some rewards that you want to redeem then you go to the site and ask to have the points put on to a Rewards Redemption card. It's kind of like a Disney Gift Card. You can use it at the Park or at the local Disney Stores.

If you get a card for a trip to Disney and then charge more on the card you can add more points to the card from the site.

The points do have an expiration so you want to go to disney every few years

we use disney visa credit card and have received two rewards cards for use at disney. There is a rewards section right on the website you can check out

Some of the counter service food was discounted when we used the card. If you spend $50 on merchandise you get a discount of 10% I believe.

Make sure you take it to DTD with you if you are going to shop at the big World of Disney store. If you spend more than $50 you get a discount. I think 10%? Not too sure.

We use our rewards card like a charge card. We pay the whole thing off each month. We purchase our disney trip and airfare with it. we use our points in Disney to cover the DDP tips that aren't included. That we we never have to spend anything on our trip. It also works for alcoholic drinks, which are very expensive in the World
