Disney Visa card for Europeans?

Hi. Does anyone know if there is a Disney Visa card for Europeans? I know they have the 2 different ones in the US, but have never seen them over here. Does anyone know?

No, and I want one so badly!
Its the one thing I'm most excited about for when we move to the US.
I have thought about getting my dad to get one for me ( as you can have extra card holders)
But as we have applied to for a posting to the US were waiting to see on that first.
