I just passed disney Right of First Refusal and moving forward to ownership
I found a DVC Saratoga owner and dealt directly with them without a realtor

I am very proud of myself all the realtors that I talked to had no DVC Saratoga Springs contracts
for sale less than $84 per point and wanted me to use their closing costs for $700 and would not let me close for $308 thru different closing company.

Because it's a stripped contract with no points until 2018.
