Disney Vacation Club Fast Pass Question

We attended a one on one meeting last week with the DVC club representative and were told that we would receive 3 fast passes for Disney World. Does anyone have experience with it? I was told that when we go to the parks to go to one of the DVC kiosk and that we should be in the system... and that they will give them to us then.

My daughter received this but it was 1 per park and she picked her fps in advance with a fp+ tech support cm on the phone. They showed up in MDE in addition to the 3 per park she chose.

Previously, at least twice we have been told we needed to go to either Saratoga Spings or Animal Kingdom Lodge, not the kiosks in the park. However, this was at least 2 years ago, things might have been changed per Poison Ivy's post that is probably more recent. I haven't been since the most recent changes to FP+ where you can book additional FP via the app, etc.

Thank you! I will call the DVC line again once I've secured my first round of fp's. I really do not want to lose time in spending time at the DVC booths at the parks!
