Finally someone said it!! I work in this particular field in retail. With any luck some day I will join the team at Disney in this capacity (If I can convince my wife to moveSyracuseWolvrine said:Why is security a game to you? Sneaks, cargo shorts, bright sport shirt untucked, and (gasp) longer hair and sunglasses. But, after leaving the CR, he suddenly pulled a mic out of his shirt and said he'd be at the GF in a few minutes via monorail. Then I noticed the little wire coming out of his shirt collar and into his hair..

TSR6 said:That is Orange County Police. They must be on duty to carry their weapon.
WillCAD said:The green uniform threw me; it looks more like a security guard uniform. But I looked on the OCSD web site and they do wear green uniforms. The taser was also strange; cops in Maryland are not permitted to carry them.
But then, the gray uniforms of the Maryland Transportation Authority Police (known around Baltimore as "Tunnel Cops") also look strikingly like a security guard uniform instead of a police uniform.
On several mornings I also found a
nude woman under my cover.

Hmm interesting. I would love to show you the video of my DH taking a five-second ride during his Taser training. He has been sprayed with pepper spray as well, and has a VERY BAD reaction to pepper spray (thank goodness that is part of their training so he knows what to expect). Believe me, he would rather take the pepper spray than the Taser.Uuaww said:tazers aren't that bad, last year in San Luis Obispo for Mardi Gras they brought in 4000 cops and a tank! after a riot broke out (drunk college students) they pelted us with beanbags and pepper spray filled the air, that stuff bit your eyes hard. None of us were tazered but a guy in our frat owns a stun gun or tazer, and we were fulling around with it one day and shocked each other, i wouldn't let them shock me but for those who were shocked they said it was no where near as bad as the pepper spray was.

Your frat's stun gun is not the same thing.

They are VERY easy to spot.
They often wear shorts or other casual clothing.
Sometimes a belt-bag.
Sometimes have a camera.
They almost always have a hat of some kind.
When you notice someone dressed like that, just give them a little wink.
If they look at you a bit strangely, then you'll know you've found one.
