Disney UK Reservation Numbers

Booked accomodation+tickets+free DDP package last night and immediately got an email with our reference number having 6 digits no letters.

This morning I have a second email reference number with 8 digits (it includes the same 6 digits at the end).

Tried to log in to my booking with the 8 digit reference into the Disney USA site but can't get in.

Will this 8 digit number be the one for making dining reservations online? Maybe it just takes a couple of days for it to appear in the Disney USA system?

The six digit numerical one is your Disney UK confirmation.

The second one sounds like the one you would use for ADRs. Does it have letters and numbers in it?

As for logging into your reservation on Disney US you will need a 12 digit "US reservation number" to do that. This 12 digit number can also be used for making ADRs.

Hi! No its just numbers, on the disney usa siet is said reservation numbers needed to be either 8 or 12 digits to login.

I thought Disney UK had improved their system and provided the right reference number - I guess not!

Will email them closer to the time - I have about 7 months until I need it for Adrs

if you go into the USA site and log in with the longer reference number (ours has numbers only too) it will detail your stay and resort etc and tell you how long until your adrs. We always do this to check that the reference number we have got is ok before our adr dates.

Hi

I was having big problems earlier getting logged on to the site today.

Kept trying and finally got all my ADRS for the first 10days so far so good.

Just keep trying if in doubt give them a call.
