Hello

I know these questions must have been asked loads of time already but can someone just tell me about the payment options if you book online- I noticed there was a log in, so can you just pay if off bit by bit after paying the deposit and does it need to be paid by the same card?

Also we were hopefully going to be moving soon and therefore are going to need to change our address - so am I right in thinking we'd would get charged the fee for changing these details?

Thanks :flower3:

I don't think so - I have logged onto my account and you could put in any card details. It appears that online you can only pay your entire balance off though - not by installments. You can phone them and pay by installments though :)

Thanks Gemma thats useful to know :)

So I'm guessing you can pay over the phone with any card too?

Yes you can.

When I called to upgrade to AKL I payed the difference off then with a different card to the original booking. :)

LOL you'll def know as I'l be tad bit excited! Hopefully it wont be too long now....

There is also an option to enter the amount you wish to pay- well, there is on mine, when I go to Manage My Booking.

It only gives me the option to pay the balance not installments.

Just tried now and it didn't work at all.

I was able to just pay a deposit when I booked online  I paid the rest over a couple of installments a few months later

The way we have done it was to ring 0870 2424900 and ask to be put through to Open Ride to make a payment it's always gone through. We tried the website once it didn't work:confused3 had to ring them. We tried the "pay a different amount" option and used a payment method we had used previously:confused3 You'll need to give the American CMs your reservation number before they put you through to OR. You should receive a new invoice in 7-10 working days after the payment has been taken.

Do Openride only deal with flight-inclusive bookings?

Yes. If you have a hotel and tickets only booking the uk Disney call centre look after you (although I assume it's a branch of the wdw one as the cm have always been American?)

Ok, thanks. I'm going to have to call them to pay off my balance then (hotel and tickets). I hope there will be no problems and no surcharges, seeing as they're based in the US!

Nope just phone the uk number, it must connect you through somehow?!

You can also use the uk number for dining instead of the us one if you need too.

I know to call the UK number (I have done a few times already for various reasons!). I just meant I hope there will be no issues with the actual payment process, as the person I end up speaking to will be based in the US. I'm probably panicking over nothing, I am somewhat of a worrier. :rotfl:

I'm planning on doing my ADRs online this year, although it was very simple via phone last year. :)

You won't have any hassles with paying. I put the deposit on my credit card and they advised me of the 2% card charge, which was fine. After that I paid an amount on a Visa debit card- no surcharge and again on another Visa debit card and also no surcharge.

Although your calls are routed to the US for non flight inclusive packages, the staff in the office to which the Disney UK no. transfers you deal specifically with Disney UK bookings and the amount is taken off in GBP not USD. No foreign exchange fee. Only the 2% charge if you pay by credit card, and that is normal for any TA here. Sorry if I misunderstood you, but I think that is what you were asking.

That's exactly what I was asking, thank you for the reassurance! :)
