You'll have to forgive my keenness as I am 2 days away from double digit dancing and am getting way to excited!

I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for places to get Disney Tshirts (other than the v. Pricey ones in the parks).

We has hit and miss luck with the Disney outlets (last time we were there was over Xmas a few years ago so suspect they had been stripped of stock) and I think Walmart (but could have been Publix).

If anyone has bought good value / quality Disney Tshirts elsewhere I wonder if they could point is in the right direction for when we get there.

I know in the UK George do a good range but both my children are so tall that they need much bigger sizes than there age and that really reduces the choice down x

Thanks in advance x

As much as I hate to say it (because everybody who knows me knows how much I hate the place), my DD has bought some really nice Disney tees from Primark recently. Not sure they would meet the 'quality' standard though ;)

Other than that, we usually buy a lot of Disney stuff from Ebay for our trips. I don't like to spend too much , particularly on DS' summer clothes as he's usually grown out of them by the next trip.

Lol x I am with you on that one. Been in twice (to get fleecey pyjamas for the children) but felt quite intimidated for some silly reason. I think it was the empassioned shoppers literally flinging tops etc around trying to find the right size. I felt so sorry for the shop assistants as had no idea how they could possibly refold etc quickly enough!

Will try and check it out after a swift cocktail and Valium when I am back in the UK in July thank you for the tip. I do have a friend who is a huge Primarni fan so may request she does a run for me, lol x

In past years we have picked up the odd one at Walmart for gifts for children.

I only buy from the outlets. This past trip bought 3 Polo shirts and a jumper, all Disney cruiseline. Polos were marked up at $34.99 I paid $9.99. jumper down from $49.99 to $17.99. Hit & miss but good prices when they do have something.

I have been in 2 Primarks, 1 years ago, it was like a jumble sale so we came out, then again at Xmas, Matt wanted some jeans, again clothes thrown all over and a line to pay longer than Soarin on New years eve, OK maybe not quite that long but I wasn't standing in it to find out. Can't see us going in another anytime soon.
We know someone who works in one, earns every penny he gets.

I once had to go into a Primark in Cardiff to find Theresa (LatteLover) on the DIS girly weekend. I was in there a matter of seconds and was so traumatised, I had to go into the nearest pub to recover :rotfl2:

Matalan do a fairly big range of disney attire these days. If you have one of these near by. Not any dearer than George, and they definately last longer than Primark stuff.

I used to go in there, but I to feel like I am taking my life into my own hands everytime I step into the realm of "bargain" shoppers. Anything which loses its shape after being washed once isnt a bargain to me £1 or not :confused3

Although I suppose for babies who generally only waer things a couple of times before its stained with sick, food or some other bodily fluid, you dont feel so bad about binning something which didnt cost you the earth.

Me and the girlfriend went into one in Chester on a Friday noboday was in there, it was surreal.

I was just waiting for the Zombies to come and take me.

If your looking to buy when your there we found the small market store next to the Red Lobster on the 192 had excactly the same t-shirts as were in the parks at a much cheaper price.

Matalan has really lovely Disney clothes. Not sure what they do for older children though.

My baby daughter has been given stuff as gifts from primark and they are fine for how long she is in them. I don't shop there though as hate big shops.

The one in Southport is always uncrowded, whereas the one in Liverpool is a nightmare.

Strangely, Adidas do some nice disney stuff :)

:goodvibes

The ones in primark are really nice and have been really good quality lately, if you go during the week when most people are in work it's usually fairly quiet. They have Disney pjs, socks, pants and makeup accessories as well :)

I have bought my kids quite a few Disney items from H&M. I don't think I have seen any adult Disney stuff though. I did get myself a bargain Mickey Mouse lipgloss reduced to £1!

Thanks all x Will definitely check out the place next to the Red Lobster on the 192 x Have bought from Matalan before but I can't see much for older children this time. The 3-6 range at Asda is fab but this season the older girl stuff they have is gaudy and bright!!! Very disappointed as their stuff wears much better than Disney Store I find. All the tips we've had from the Disney store have washed quite badly (getting shorter and wider) and the seams twist slightly.

I can't even do the chester one! All the clothes just seem to blur, although I've only been at weekends. You are a brave couple!!

I got an adults mickey mouse sweatshirt in H&M in February for £10, bargain! The primark t shirts aren't bad quality for £6 ... we saw t shirts in Walmart/Target and Walgreens but I don't think the quality was great. I bought 3 ladies t shirts in the Disney outlets for between $10 and $20 each - good quality, but we also picked up small mens ones for $6 earlier this month

DD has taken to making her own!

5 Sheets of A4 T-Shirt transfer paper for £3.00 and she has created a whole host of Disney clothing.

She found a load of disney vintage signs and printed these out and ironed on.

As the dining reservations were all made she had to find some way to keep the Disney excitement up!
