
Dole Whip
2 cans (20 oz. each) DOLE Crushed Pineapple
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice. Set aside.
Place pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and reserved pineapple juice in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth.
Pour into two 1-quart freezer zipped bags. Store bags flat in freezer. Freeze about 1-1/2 hours or until slushy.
Stir gently pineapple slush into whipped cream until just blended, in large bowl. Return to freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hour. Serve.

We make Mickey pancakes freehand, they're not all perfect...but...they taste good and make us think of WDW! I just use a measuring cup to dole out the pancake mix and do the shape - we love them! We also have family Disney movie night with the popcorn in our souvenir popcorn buckets. It does help - a little!Like you, we cancelled our trip too. Rice krispy mickey heads always reminds us of disney. Pretty easy to make too.

Grey Goose slushie
1 liter (1 quart) Grey Goose Citron Vodka
250 ml (1 cup) lemon/lime sour mix
lots of ice
Blend with ice (or swirl in a slushy machine) until drink has an ice slushy texture.

We've made the Dole Whip, it's not exactly the same (consistancy) but it is pretty darn tasty!
OP, sorry about your trip. If you don't have a Mickey waffle iron they are pretty cheap and we have a lot of fun with them.
