Disney Transportation ?

I booked our hotel room only reservation but didn't tell them I wanted Disney transportation . When do I need to let them know this ?

Are you talking about the transportation to/from the airport via Disney's Magical Express? If so, you can call them anytime with your airline information and they'll sign you up!

If you're talking about the transportation to the parks from your resort, then you don't need to let them know. It's automatically included.
