can somebody tell me what time I need to be back at the airport (flying in Friday night) to get on the first bus out? And whereabouts I catch it?

We are also flying down on a Friday night. My sister called (I forgot who) and they said the first bus was at 10:30 am. You shouldn't have a hard time finding the ticket counter. It is down near the baggage claim area. You will also see the "welcome folks" inside the terminal area with Disney Cruise Line signs. Enjoy your trip.
