disney transfers/Hyatt/do they need my flight info?

Got my docs packet today and it says they need my flight information to finalize things. I fly in about 5PM on the previous day; we are staying at the Hyatt and taking a bus out in the AM. Do I still need to call them with my flight info?

They'd like to know when you are arriving to notify the Hyatt when you'll be there.
