someone has posted on here awhile ago a really neat calendar they used to write down there training schedule. I had a copy but can no longer find it. Does anyone remember do you have a copy I can get from you?

I dont have one, but clicked on the thread and noticed your username and just wanted to ask if you watched the US women's team take the gold last night in hockey. I watched some of it and well as all of the mens game the other night. I know very little about the sport but I found myself really getting into it. Can someone explain "icing" and why its against the rules?
