Disney Tomorrow - Crowds and Tickets

Hello, the family and I are heading to Disneyland tomorrow just for the day. How do you think crowds will be?

Also we have an extra ticket (won the tickets, and our 2 year old doesn't need a ticket), so we were just going to give it to someone that was buying tickets. We won't get in trouble for this will we?
