Disney to U.S

I have passes to disney world park and staying at a Disney hotel. I would like to travel to Universal Studio for a day with my two children. Is there any way to connect to a public bus or the I-Ride trolley from disney's transportation center I love sightseeing I'm from New York. If I need to connect to two or three buses I have no problem with that.
