@Amcd33 your post went inside your quote so I can’t quote it to respond but we are doing exactly what you suggested - pre-cruise, WDW, then our cruise, then one night onsite at Uni to get 2 days EP after the cruise. The difference is that Disney has chased us away from the cruise line with the egregiously high prices. I have an unlimited drink package and unlimited specialty dining in a balcony stateroom on Royal for less than half the price of just a Disney veranda for a shorter cruise
I love Disney vacations very much but at some point even as a DINK couple enough is enough.
