I got my first Disney tattoo this afternoon. It's just the outline of a Mickey head on my wrist. I went in with the idea that in the future I could get a Minnie bow on my other wrist - which my tattooist loved.

I'll take a picture once the bandage is off. I can't wait to see it again.

It's still a little bloody and a little blurry but here it is!

^Mine looks like that only the lines look thicker on mine. It is on my right thigh on the outside. Are you going to get it colored in or leave it like that? I keep saying I want to get mine colored but never go back.

I think I'll be leaving it as it is, I like outlines.
Though if I do go for my Minnie bow on the other wrist then I might think about getting Mickey coloured.

I just made my appointment for next Saturday for my first tattoo! I have been pondering what I wanted for some time now...I want a mickey, sunflower, butterfly with a ribbon (the symbol for thyroid cancer which I have just had surgery and treatment for) and a heart...

Well, after talking to the artist, I am just going to get the butterfly and ribbon now along with a hidden Mickey and save the rest for another tattoo since I want this on my foot! Can't wait! Then, I will figure out the sunflower and heart will go.

I got a Mickey head as a tribute to my dad...strange , I know.

My dad worked hard his all too short life.
He was a typical old school Scot and could not show is emotions,good or bad.
That was until he found WDW,he was a different person there.
My happiest memories of my dad are him just " gettin the Magic " and lettin loose.

I had an idea of what I wanted but could not find a picture or explain it right to the artist.
I was going today on a wing and a prayer...until I decided to dust my WDW art an hour before leavin.
As I took a picture down the Note of Authenticity fell out and bang,there it was.

I LOVE IT !!!
