Is the hoop de doo something my husband and I want to dothis trip (minus baby) or wait until our little guy is 4-5?

In my opinion, The Hoop-de-Doo is a great show for adults. I don't see any reason that you and your husband would not thoroughly enjoy this dinner show. You can always see the show again in a few years with the little one.

While I love the show and think the food is great, if DH & I were going alone, I would prefer to do the things we can never do with the kids. Id save HDD for a trip with the kids.

Why not do it now and again in a few years? We did it with a group of three adults. All of us enjoyed the show. One person did not care for the food, but she knew going into it that she wouldn't care for the ribs or baked beans. I don't know if the menu has changed or not, but it was a lot of fun and the other two enjoyed the meal.

We really enjoyed the show and the food. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Would do it again without thinking twice, but with that said, if I were going to spend an evening child free, I personally would pick something else to do. Something that the two of you might want to do that is less kid friendly, if that made any sense at all.

I am sure you will have fun with whatever you decide!

Personally, it will be cheaper for just the two of you, plus you can then judge whether it's something you would like to do later with your child. The show is excellent for children of all ages. Enjoy!
