I placed three separate orders on the Disney Store website on Black Friday. I used the free standard shipping for each one. One order was placed through the standard website, and the other two were placed using the Shop Disney app on my phone. I received email receipts for all three orders right away.
The two orders I placed through the Shop Disney app were shipped within a few days and have arrived. The order I placed directly through the Disney Store website apparently hasn't been shipped. I think the standard shipping with Disney Store was supposed to be 7-9 days, but I'm a little worried because I've already received everything from the other two orders.
Is anyone else having this issue? I was going to email to request an update, but I think I'm technically still within the period of time for standard shipping (if it's business days; it actually doesn't say the exact number of days on my email receipt).
