I went to my Disney Store today & I got the Return to Neverland DVD on sale for $10.00 plus my DVC 10% it ended up being $9.00
I also got the Toy Story Alien costume 50% off plus my 10% from DVC & it ended up being right around $15.00 My DS was thrilled with the costume

I just wanted to fill you in on the pin situation...The CM at the world wear lanyards with pins on them...you are able to trade one for one (a Disney pin) with any of them...there are also people in the parks who like to wear their lanyards to trade with people you just need to ask if they would mind you looking at their lanyards and go from there.

If you go to the collectors board the majority of the topics are about pin trading...That is how I found this site in the first place! I wanted to find out information about pins.

Oh how I wish I had a DS near me! It would be a 2 hour drive to the nearest one. We are going to disney for the first time in January and I want to do my children a disney bag with the laynards and some pins along with some other things (not sure what all is out there) as a Christmas present.

Maybe they will still have some at a good price when I drive to Nashville in December but I will not hold my breathe!

I'm new to these boards and I haven't the faintest idea what a lanyard is. Is this something my dd9 and ds12 would like? Also I'm hoping that my store still has disney pins. I've seen what they originally go for and I can't justify paying that so I'm going to go check tomorrow. Wish me luck.





ps. Can anyone tell me what a mickey's magic moments game is?

I had to ask the same question about 5 years back when a friend of mine told me that she was buying her daughter a lanyard for her room key for when she went off to college.
A lanyard is something that is worn around the neck and usually there is something attached at the end. My husband wears a lanyard to work that has his ID hanging at the end.
The lanyards that people are talking about here is for pin collecting. People attach their pin collections (or a portion of) to these lanyards.

Sorry, I cannot help you with the Mickey's Magical Moments game...hopefully someone else will.

The Magic Moments Game is a hand held game in the shape of Mickey's head. They are about $20 and as you go around the park there are places to download games that go with the rides. There is a code to download all games if you don't want to walk to all the areas. We got one and my son likes it but be warned if your kids can not put a gameboy down they will NOT want to stop playing this either. I spent the day saying stuff like "Watch where your walking and please turn that off and eat, etc." It is pretty cute!
