quick ? can I do this, I'm wanting to order about $25 worth of stuff, so I thought I'd just go ahead and order another $25 more of stuff I may keep so I can get free shipping :thumbsup2 Has anyone ever had a problem returning something to a DisneyStore when they order online? Hmmm do you think I should use my DisneyGiftcard and my DisneyVisa and get 10% off, if I do get the %10 off how do they do returns to store, will they just take %10 off the total of things I'm returning? thanks for any help :)

oh yeah one more ? if I buy 2 shirts that are on sale 2 for $18 but have to return one will I get a return of $9 for each shirt OR do they take the price of the original $12.50 and subtract that from $18?

dang still no replies???? Hasn't anyone returned things, I mean I know it is Disney stuff and it all rocks :lmao:

This is from their website.

Returns or exchanges can be made in any US Disney Store location, excluding Personalized Items, Art, Collectibles, Disney Parks merchandise, Mirrors, Electronics, and Indoor and Outdoor Furniture. All returns must have the original packing slip/receipt with the merchandise to be returned or exchanged

Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

My experience with the percentage off is they will divide it out over the items you bought. When you return something that was originally $5.00, you will get back $4.50. I'm not sure how they handle the shirts that are 2 for xxx.

well actually I hope to keep most of what I buy, BUT because I have a hard time finding things that fit me correctly they chances are low that I will keep it, really is the main reason I don't order online most of the time, but a shirt my son really wants is continuously out of stock in the store when I go there :(

I removed it. It kind of sounded like you were buying extra things just to get the free shipping and then were going to return them and that isn't right, it must have just been the wording that confused me (reading too many negative posts lately.) If if you are buying in hopes that things will fit and they may not, that is part of buying online and I get it and in that case, yes, you can return the items to the store. Believe me I have returned things cause they didn't fit right, I totally get that, so yeah, you can return the TDS. I don't know how 2/$x works at TDS so I can't help you there. Sorry for misunderstanding. :goodvibes
