Disney Store Black Friday Sale

Hi -

Just wanted to pass on some Black Friday sale info I got from my local Disney Store today...


Opening at 6 AM

From 6 - 10 AM : 20 % off everything in the store !
Excludes : VHS, DVD, park passes and Disney Dollars.

I was in there to pick up a few presents and they have a great promo running right now ... spend $50 and get a free DVD. Good titles (Lilo and Stitch, Lizzie McGuire, Santa Clause II and some others).

I bought Holes and Nemo and got Lizzie McGuire free.

I was at the Disney Store this past weekend and was given a coupon for the day after Thanksgiving and it is for 20% off just one item not your whole purchase.

Would they really include park hoppers in that sale????? 20% is a siginificant savings, may be time to buy them even though I wasn't planning on going back for a year.

The 20% off everything a couple weekends ago was in celebration of Mickey Mouse's birthday! One of the ASM at our store said it is something they have done at least the past few years (a big promo) the weekend before Mickey's big day!

I'm not sure all TDS are opening at 6am, so you may want to call your local store before you are rushing to get to WM, Target, BB, and TDS too!

Ooh, and there are some nice "specials" too-- especially if you have kiddos (both boys and girls) in the 5-9 age range.
