I have been a best guest for several years now. I was notified by mail. I have never really bought much just been a long time customer who usually places a few large orders around xmas time. They used to offer free gift boxes but they pulled the plug on that one. You also have to email to get the free shipping if you place the order online, it would be easier if they had a special login or something to avoid all the emails that have to go back and forth for each order. Also you have to be very careful when they reverse the shipping charges that they charge you correctly because if your state has a sales tax for some reason the computer charges sales tax on the shipping. All in all not a bad perk with the free shipping and I have found the cast members to be more helpful than on the regular catalog phone line when you have questions about your order or a product or if the item has gone on sale within 30 days and you request a price adjustment. I would just call the catalog line and inquire about how you get on the best guest list.
