Disney Springs Hotels, must book package to get 60 day Fastpass?

I have seen conflicting information on this. If I book my Disney Springs hotel myself through Priceline, Expedia, etc. do I still get the benefits of 60 day Fastpass reservations and Extra Magic Hours or must I purchase a package through the Disney Travel Company? Thank you!
