Disney Spring Parking Situation--improved?

Hello! We will be arriving tomorrow, and I'm wondering how the current Disney Springs parking is working out. We are staying at OKW and can take the boat over, but we need to activate our Annual Passes and were thinking we would stop by Guest Services Sunday morning before noon and take care of that before checking in. We haven't been since last November, so what is the current situation with parking? Thanks!

The Orange parking garage has worked fabulously for us on two occasions, including the provided light system that lets you know which levels have the most available parking spaces and where they are. The main exit of the parking garage is by Planet Hollywood, though, so a fair hike to Guest Services. We were there two months ago and could not get any closer than that to the World of Disney area of Disney Springs so the boat may be the better option. Someone who has been there more recently than us may know better if there's been more progress on parking close to the area around World of Disney. We do love the parking garage, though...no more poking around endlessly up and down aisles looking for spaces and waiting for people to leave. And shaded, too! Good luck!

To to Guest Services by Disney Quest. It's a shorter walk and I always find a shorter wait there.

The parking is vastly improved. That said I was there on a Sunday night and boy was it unbelievable crowded. Uncomfortably so. I don't know how guests with wheelchairs and strollers were managing it.

If you're coming from I-4 or down Buena Vista Blvd. from the direction of DHS, there's a direct connector now directly into the Orange Garage. On Buena Vista Dr., just keep to the right and follow the signs - it brings you into Level 3 of the garage. Amazingly easy! I don't know how the I-4 intersection is but it's in the vicinity of the Epcot Center Drive exit.

Loved the new garage - so easy to find a space. As someone who spends the vast majority of the time on the marketplace side however, I can't wait for the 2nd one to be open. It's a bit of hike over there now but not horrible - and nice walking through seeing all the new stuff. (Not sure how the garage situation will be during vacation week - they signs are great at pointing you to spots open at that second but it'll be packed there soon!)
