Is it true that disney only updates special offers on Mondays?

Is it true that disney only updates special offers on Mondays?

I can't say for certain, but I don't think that is true. I was looking at an offer this morning which gave me a price of $302 a night for Wilderness Lodge. When I went to book the trip, all of the offers had disappeared from the results page. They are back this afternoon, but the $302 I saw this morning is now $396.

ETA: Looking more closely, mine may have been more of an inventory issue.
