Disney Site Down??

I have tried the last few days to check for May hours but the Park site is down? Is any one else having problems?

As part of the new perks with the new credit card, now only Disney VISA cardholders can access the disneyworld.com website.

Actually, there have been some problems with some folks accessing the site. The way to fix it is by deleting your cookies. If you are using Internet Explorer, go up to Tools, click Internet Options, and then click Delete Cookies. This should solve the problem.

Understand that if you do this, though, you will be affecting the operation of alot of other websites, as well. Cookies are the way a website remembers who you are when you browse to it. Sometimes you want them, sometimes you don't.

I've had trouble with access for a couple days as well. Any other recommendations? Anyone else having this problem? My cookies have been deleted. Thanks for any suggestions.

I just deleted the cookies and it worked for me; I am no longer getting the error and can access the site. I like to delete the cookies now again to clear things out anyway. So, this was a good time to do it.

instead of deleting all my cookies, I only deleted the ones for Disney World. That worked, and I didn't have to lose all my info at other sites.
