My husband ordered three Tinker Bell items from Disney Shopping for me for Christmas. One of the items was a gown for $29.95 that was actually a girl's size small, not an adult small. I need to return this, but he bought it when they ran the buy $100 save $30 promotion. He's afraid that we won't get full credit if we send it back. I called Disney Shopping today, and after holding for 30 minutes, was told that we would get the entire purchase price credited. Does anyone have any experience with this? I would hate to pay to send it back and then get less.
I also argued for free shipping for the return because the item description did not say Girls. It just says Tink Fleece Gown (item # 48938M). The CM apologized for the miscommunication, but definitely put the blame on us for not figuring it out. Oh, well. He doesn't read these boards enough to know all of the problems people have been having lately. He was just being sweet.
