I usually get mine through The Disney Store online, because they're licensed/authentic. You can usually find some pretty good discount codes through RetailMeNot.com or the Disney Store sends out emails to their subscribers when stuff goes on sale (I just got one yesterday for all things princess themed). Amazon.com is another place to check, too.
You can also find other customized Disney shirts on Etsy. This site is great if you're looking to have something made specifically for you (i.e. for family reunion trips to WDW, etc).
Disney Store is good, but I second the post about Hot Topic. They have a ton of adorable shirts and tank tops, which are great for Florida, and they aren't too expensive for Disney merchandise. They also often have buy one get one 50% off sales. They have quite a few in the stores, but there is a huge variety online. They are all so cute I just keep buying them...I have Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, Rapunzel and Flynn, and a Frozen one with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf! I'm waiting for the new ones I just ordered to come...one with just Olaf and one with Elsa! HAPPY SHOPPING!!!
We just saw a line of Disney character tanks at Wet Seal over the weekend. The whole shirt is an image from a scene in a movie. There was a large selection of Princesses, Lion King, Peter Pan, etc. They were pretty cute!
Rawthreads.com has Disney-themed shirts that are lightweight and moisture-wicking... and keep you much cooler than Dri-fit or cotton shirts. A little pricey but they are great to wear in the parks and when running ... they are also sold at the runDisney expos.
