"Disney" screen names -- how did yours come about?

are wicked cool, pun intended! I have always loved Sleeping Beauty and Maleficent especially. I was a Disney Store cast member a few years ago and one of my managers HATED the villains and always wanted me to pick a pretty princess to like...I always had fun tormenting her with comments about how the villains ROCKED. So Maleficent's been my girl.

The 13 comes from the fact that it's my favorite number, plus someone already had the screen name "Maleficent".

When I first got the Internet, Pocahontas was my favorite film so I made Meeko (the raccon from the movie) my nickname. When I first signed up for Yahoo though, Meeko was taken, so they put those numbers after the name and voila, I get a name. I still prefered to be called Meeko since sometimes I can't even remember the rest of it.

I discovered the Disboards while "helping" my DH plan my 40th birthday trip to Universal (thanks Kelly Monahagan!). Who knew that I would still be hanging here all these months later?

It is my all time favorite part of WDW. I could sit at the Dawa Bar all day watching the sites! So it was also the first thing I thought of when picking my name.

We always look for a "Harambe Wild Life Presrve" t-shirt for we when we're there!

At work there is always a multitude of Emilys. Its not usually to bad cause it gets put into Cashier Emily, CSM Emily, Toy Emily etc- Well when there was 2 of us in the same dept the other classification didnt work and I had 2 trips to DL very close to togeather add that to my love of disney I soon got nicknamed disneyland emily- Well it stuck-

Other than that I get refered to as -em (grew lazy on spellin my whole name) and well it stuck I think more people call me -em than emily now

We tried to have a baby for about three years and gave up and took a little trip to Disneyland-we were going to look into adoption and needed a break before we started. The next month guess what?! Yep, preggo's for us. We knew we wanted to have a Disney nursery and I found a cool Bambi crib set so we needed to call the baby to be something besides baby.....Bambi-nope could be a future stripper name!lol Flower-nope that is a skunk so Thumper it was!!

Funny thing-Our DS "Thumper" will be 8 on Friday and we are back in the trying stage.....hummm what is the cool Disney crib set I could find this time.

Well....my first user name was just my first name, Katholyn. But about a week after I first registered on the DIS the boards crashed and were down a long time. I think it was like 4 days. It had only been a week but I was hooked and suffered terrible withdrawal.

When the boards came back up, my original user name wouldn't work. So I registered again. I was born in Texas, therefore I'm a native Texan. I shortened it a little.

I'll bet you would never have figured out that last part, huh?
