Okay this might sound crazy but I'm planning on going to the Fort in October of 2008. We are planning on going as a GG, so before I book my trip I'm waiting to see who is in and how many. I plan on booking on May 1st and have been scoping FW and putting in different info to see the price differences. Last week I put in 12 nights with a 10 day pass with water park and more in a preferred site, this week I put in the EXACT same information and it is giving me a price of almost $250 more!!! I don't understand the difference, but I am sooo glad that I saved the offer and have until May 5th to book it before it's deleted. Does Disney change they're pricing and packages daily or did I just totally luck out??
Anyone have any experience with saved offers and different pricing??

There is a May Special going on right now! Maybe the first time, you priced it with the special discount, and the second time it was without the discount. :confused3

Take it while you can!! :goodvibes

I used the website to make my plans for the simple sake of pricing, when I was ready to book...i had the website on the screen, but called to actually place the reservation....the price I got on the phone was noticably cheaper on the phone than the price on the website. I asked the CM why, she said it was probably the travel insurance...I told her that I had checked off NO TRV INS...she didnt know why her price was better, I told her as long as I got the lower price that I would let her slide on the explanation!!

Personally, I would never book through the web site. The site doesn't compensate for AAA discounts or PAP discounts and won't double check the info like a CM will. I've had the reservation line on speed dial on my cell for 3 years now :teacher: :rotfl:

I made my most recent reservation online because I thought it would be convenient but I realize I did not give AAA info, I have family meeting us there halfway through the trip and I want to rent a golf cart. And, you just can't do that online!

I'm going to call to talk with a live person this weekend to update my ressie. At least I got the dates and type of site I want. I hope the pet loop will not be a problem. I did e-mail that request earlier but I'm a little nervous about it. Daisy is one of the reasons we got the TT.

LOL I did the same thing!!

I think everyone checks multiple sources at different times -- don't want to give the mouse any more than we have to. I too have found big differences, but that doesn't just apply to Disney though. Cars, airlines, hotels -- they all do the same thing. So just keep checking and take the best deal.
