I understand that they post each month after the statement is posted.

Hmm..in both events they should have posted by now. I paid on the 18th and my account turned over on the 22nd.

The points credit when your statement is generated, not when your payment is due.

I know that last month, my due date was 9/12. The statement did not generate until 9/19. There's a full 7-day lag.

I think sometimes if you are a part of the 3X, 4X,5x, etc. "bonus" rewards programs, they can take longer than just the regular rewards. Not sure on how long though.

The bonus rewards dollars do take longer. The flyer I got in the mail says that it's 6-8 following the date that transaction posts to your account. So any of those points earned in July will just start showing up now.

However regarding the regular rewards dollars (you know, the piddly 1% on all spending), they should credit when the statement is generated each month.

I've seen mine go up after each statement. If you are going to get a card to use them, make sure you give them 30 days to get it to you.
