Disney Rewards Dollars for tips at TS?

Can you use your Disnew Rewards Dollars from Disney VISA as tips at TS restaurants? I have never cashed any in. Do the rewards dollars act like a gift card?

Yup! about a month before your trip, call or go on line to have your points transferred to the card. It looks like a credit card/gift card. If more points become available between the time you order and the time you leave, you can call/go on line and have them added to the card.

At the restaurant, just give them the card when you pay your bill and tell them you want the tip to come off the card.
