Disney Rewards CC "Exclusive Meet & Greet"

In my Disney Rewards Credit Card information it mentions that there is an exclusive DRCC holder character meet & greet at DCA for the first 90 minutes after opening.

Has anyone been to this? What characters might I find there?

And it says that only 6 people are allowed in with each CC yet we have 7 in our party. Since DH and I both have a card (on the same account) can I get in some people and he get in some people so we can all attend?

I went last weekend and also in September. The Disney Visa Meet and Greet is in a new place now (since October?). It's in the Winery Theatre by the Winery Reastaurant in DCA. That is the restaurant beside the giant bear rock sculpture. I was glad that they changed the place because I already had other pictures with the other setting but the new setting is kind of plain. They take the picture by door with a small California Adventure sign that they hang just for the photo, I know because I returned later to the theatre to see the movie about the wines and the sign was no longer there.

Couple of weeks ago we had Chip n Dale, and it was a lot of fun! We're going in two weeks---I'll let you know if we have some other characters.

We travel in a group of 8, and never have a problem getting photos of the group at the VISA freebie. Be sure you show both cards if you have two separate accounts---you are entitled to two free 5x7s!

Is it only one or two characters? At WDW, we had Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale and Mary Poppins. It was mid-November and they were dressed in winter themed costumes (except Mary who was traditional) - really cute and really empty so we got to take lots of time w/characters. I was hoping for same in DL . . .

Everything I have read about this over the years has indicated it was either Chip & Dale, Mickey & Goofy or Goofy & Max. Not a big selection, but hey, it's free.

Does anyone know if you get one free photo per visit (i.e. each day if we went) or just one per trip?

We got one free photo per day, and it was always Chip and Dale, but that was a year ago.

Check out my signature - We had 20 in this pic. There were several families in the pic with a Disney card. It depends on the CM who checks you in. All we had to do was show (Hold Up) our card and that was how many free pics we received. My DH had one and I did too. We are on the same account, but they didn't check that on this trip. Other trips - they checked us in at the door and would only let us get one free pic per account. We are going with 9 in our party this time - w/3 separate Disney Visas. We'll see how it works this time. We have always had either Chip & Dale (Yea!) or Mickey and Goofy. One time we only had one of the chipmunks, not sure why, maybe one needed a potty break. Get a pic each day. It's a great memory! Have a magical time

There was only Goofy when I went to the Winery Theatre a week and a half ago. At the other place, there was Goofy, Mickey, Chip, and Dale but not at the same time. There were usually 2 characters at a time.
