I'm cracking up at your pictures since we have EXACTLY the same ones from our trip. One on, one off. Also video. My husband was intrigued by this light fixture.
Thanks! I love to take pictures, and I'm obsessive about taking hotel room pictures at Disney. Actually, now I tend to take them at any hotel I stay at, even not at Disney. I think it's an obsession!

I'm loving all the pictures posted here. They make me want to go back to the CBR......sad that I had to cancel our stay at the Wl.....but it's getting me pumped up for our Pop Century stay!
And here are some more Pop pictures since those last ones were a little dark. These are of room 7351, a handicapped-accessible king bed room in the 80's section.
The accessible rooms have a mini-fridge in them:

Thanks for those POP photos, Elizabeth - great pics!
We stayed at POP 3 mos after it opened - the rooms were so clean and very understated for a value (not like All Stars - that decor is too busy for me).
Your photos bring back memories of our first ever value stay - very nervous as we'd only stayed deluxe for yrs and CBR when it was new) - but we returned for a few long weekends for 2 yrs. Great resort. Now POP is so rundown, do not stay there.
Wish the rooms would be kept up better - carpets cleaned, fresh paint, walls washed or spray painted even.
Thanks for the Pop pictures. I have acutally looked at each and every photo posted on the Pop Century Picture Thread. This will be our first stay at a value and I just need reassurance that we'll like Pop.
As I said in an earlier post...I love your eye for photography. I would like to ask you a question about King rooms. Since you have stayed in several different Disney resorts, do you know if all King rooms are handicap accessable? My husband and I have started the thinking process of planning of our first trip without the children and would prefer a king room. However, we do not want to take a handicap room away from someone that truly needs it.

Thanks, Merry! From our experiences, not all of the king bed rooms are accessible, but several of them have been. It seems that most, if not all, of the king bed rooms at value resorts are accessible, but I'm not positive about that. At the moderates, we've had a regular king bed room at POR and an accessible king bed room at CSR. It seems they may have more non-accessible king bed rooms at the moderates since it's a booking category. As far as the deluxes go, we typically don't request a king bed when staying there since they have two queens instead of two doubles. I hope that helps some! You might be able to put in a room request (which of course wouldn't be guaranteed) for a non-accessible king bed room.
Not all are handicap access rooms. Some of the King rooms at WL are regular tub/shower rooms. I believe these tend to be on upper floors. We had a great room, 6129 in April.
