Disney resort and parking fee question

If you are staying at a Disney resort but choose to drive to the parks, do you have to pay the parking fee?

Again No. The parking fee is not for on site guests. Another perk for on site guests.

When you check in, they give you a parking pass to put on the dash of your car. It shows the name of your resort and check in and out dates. When the gate CMs see it, they wave you thru.
