Disney reservations told me . . .

I called CRO this morning to see about a room w/AP rate for a quick weekend trip (8/24-8/26) and the agent told me that I've stayed at Disney 22 times. I thought it was pretty neat that she could tell me how many times I've been there. I don't know how far back that went, I didn't get a chance to ask. Has anyone else received this kind of information when calling CRO?

I have, but only once that I can recall...I think it's neat too, and when I received the news, I sat down and tried to remember the year of each visit. Not so easy, since the first time I went was 1972. Seventeen visits (and counting) for me!

It's pretty scary what info they have, lol... I booked a trip for this august said it would be myself and a child and they told me my son's name. I was in Disney this past Jan. but with a friend... wonder how they keep track of all those people I've brought several people in the last few years, lol....... Maybe disney should sell their software to the government, lol....

I asked CRO last time I called if they could tell me and they said "it doesn't go back that far"

When I booked our free dining, I was also booking for the friends who are going with us. When I told her my friends name, she said "wow! Your friend really needs to get back here. She hasn't been here since 1980!"

It did show our trips there, but I think it's skewed because we don't always stay on site.

Yes they tell me when I call when my last visit was and how many times I had been. However they always seem to be missing a couple.

yes I was told last week, when I called, that I have been there 25 times They must go back at least 12 years because my first trip was 95

I get annoyed because they ask me EVERY single piece of info about me and my family and it seems every call I make they never have it correct. They ask, I tell & somewhere along the lines it gets messed up.

Just called CRO last week and they say, "It looks like you've been here about 30 times"...."Your last stay was in Nov 2005"....WRONG. Just got back 2 weeks ago! AND, we were there MANY times between Nov 2005 and today. I think it's aggravating that they don't get the info correct. They don't even have my kids names correct and I have to correct/change them every time I make a ressie.

I know! The past 3 times I've called they had my old email address that I haven't used in about 4 years! And I've corrected them each time, so I don't know what's going on.

They told me I have been there 5 times since 1974. I told them I wasn't even born in 1974!!!!

Originally I thought they track by phone number as they always ask for that first. Well, apparently, they have two different sets of information for us as far as our frequency of travel there: one for when DW calls and one for when I call. They also don't see DVC visits either, but that can be expected.
