Disney reservation number & kennedy space ctr

Could anyone tell me the best way to get your disney reservation number, we are travelling with virgin holidays and have heard they are reluctant to give you the number, although my son emailed them over another matter months ago and is still awaiting a reply, so l don't think l will have much look trying to phone or email.
Also of anyone has been to kennedy space center on an excursion (we will have no car)l would be grateful for any info on travel times etc.

I have never personally had an issue with Virgin giving out the details, if you have any problems go to your local Virgin Holidays travel agent & speak to them. I usually find they don't have an overly stressful workload & so even if it was booked online can usually sort that for you.

Kennedy - I did an excursion there not through Virgin 3 years ago. We went with Dolphin Tours, it was great & the driver was excellent. I think the pick up was maybe 6am or 7am. I don't remember it being as early as I would've expected! My only issue with it is they make you do the other parts of Kennedy like the Astronauts Hall of Fame, which I think is hit or miss. So that reduces your time available at the visitor's complex.

thanks for the reply l might give the store ago, and thanks for the advise on the space centre last time we went was over 20 years ago and sounds like it is much the same as then
