Disney Resale question

I'm hearing so much about Disney resale. I have 200 points and my home resort is Hilton Head. I want to purchase more points and resale sounds interesting to me. I do have a question though. Do you have to pay cash for resale points or can they be financed?

You can pay cash or you can finance. The Timeshare Store work with a finance company but I believe you can also finance independtly.

There is only one company that will finance a resale timeshare that I am aware of, tammac.com. I haven't heard good things and their rates are pretty high.
