I had a crazy dream last night involving falling at the Beach Club, Clay Aiken being my doctor and Off Kilter singing the theme song to Friends. I can't figure out how that last part of the dream fits in to me falling at the Beach Club and my beloved Clay Aiken being my doctor (he looked great in a white coat, BTW :) ), but it was a strage dream regardless.

This lead me to thinking, how many of us have Disney-related dreams? Do they normally make sense?

I actually had a very vivid Universal dream while I was in Orlando the February after September 11th. We were at Universal and someone had bombed near the exits and there were many injuries. We were "trapped" in Dr Suess land and the rides were still going as they were trying to pretend that nothing had happened. I was with my kids. It was very disturbing!

My husband has been playing the gamecube game, "Medal of Honor." It's about WWII and a lot of shooting. I had a dream we were really in Medal of Honor, but it was in Magic Kingdom. Stephen was using the stiper rifle from the top of Cinderella's castle and was ambushed on It's a Small World. I don't think I was really in it, just watching it. This was last week. It was pretty weird. (that same night I had a dream about my natural father being royalty, and having to visit him. I haven't seen him in about 15 years.) I think I must have been extra stressed the night I dreamt those.

I've had a couple of Disney World-related dreams. The first one was before our trip in 2001. I had never been to the Caribbean Beach resort before so in my dream it looked totally different, yet I knew some aspects of it because of all my research on the Resorts board. That dream was just a regular dream, nothing bad happened in it.

But a couple of months ago I had a dream that I was in Orlando on other business but wanted to stay a couple of nights at CBR again. In this dream I had my mother with me (I should add that my mother is bedridden and in the last stages of Alzheimer's disease and has been unable to speak or communicate for a few years now, in fact she's in the hospital right now because she's lost the ability to swallow and now needs to have a feeding tube put in :()... but anyway, in the dream my mother was fine, she wasn't sick at all, and I was showing her all around the grounds at CBR. Something that was odd about this dream is the fact that CBR looked nothing like it does in real life. I now know CBR like the back of my hand so I don't understand why, in my dream, it didn't look like it does in real life.

One more thing to add is the fact that the very first time I EVER went to Disney World, it was just my mother and me, when I was 14 years old. We had an amazing week together and I just recently found some old pictures from that trip. I should add them to my website, some people might get a kick out of seeing some old WDW pics :)

I had a super vivid Disney dream a few weeks ago. I drempt that my DH and I were waiting in line at TT. In reality he won't go on any ride that is even remotely scary so I was really excited that he was going to go on TT. In the dream we got almost all the way to the pre-show when he said that he had to go potty!

He never came back. I spent the whole day after having that dream reminding him of what a coward he was. LOL!!

Yep, I have Disney related dreams all the time. They make perfect sense to me. I need to live at WDW, that's all I can imagine my dreams are telling me (a dream is a wish your heart makes;)).

I frequently have dreams about WDW, too – maybe, one a week. Although it doesn’t always look like WDW, that’s where I know I am. The dreams really aren’t that strange otherwise – except for the one where I got married in EPCOT. Last night, I dreamt I took the train from home, and got off right at MK!

What a nice dream that was, Diane! Now, only if that dream could be real. :)

I dream about Disney often, but the dreams always make sense or are realistic (my favorite was one where I was on my honeymoon and got upgraded from a standard view room to a honeymoon suite at the GF). This is the first Disney-related dream that I've had that hasn't made sense. Hmmm....do you think that my subconscience is trying to tell me that I should take Clay Aiken to WDW? That might not be such a bad thing. :)

I have a reoccuring dream where we are at our resort packing up to go to the airport when we realize we stayed in our room the entire week and never went to any parks! Very strange...
